Our Rustic Irish Pub experience brings the warmth and spirit of a traditional countryside gathering to life within the Cork & Caravan. Inspired by the charm of old Irish pubs, the space is styled with timeworn textures, vintage finds, and thoughtfully collected details that evoke a sense of history and hospitality. Guests are welcomed to enjoy a curated selection of Irish beers, whiskeys, and hearty, pub-style fare—served with a touch of rustic elegance. From the soft glow of lantern light to the rich wood tones and inviting atmosphere, every element is designed to encourage connection, laughter, and a lingering sense of comfort. It’s an experience that feels both lively and intimate, where every toast is meaningful and every gathering feels like coming home.
Alpine Retreat
Our Swiss Chalet Experience
A cozy, winter-forward gathering featuring cheese fondue, mulled wine, and alpine styling-designed for intimate evenings and cold-weather celebrations.
The caravan will be styled with a single long table and sturdy wood benches, layered with soft sheepskin and cozy woolen blankets. You will be warmed by a crackling fire and warm candle glow. Additionally, we offer a full outdoor set up including wine barrel Adirondack chairs, propane firepit and patio surround with twinkling lights.
English Tea House
Our English Tea House experience offers a graceful and intimate setting inspired by the timeless tradition of afternoon tea. Designed for elegant bridal showers, baby showers, and refined gatherings, the Cork & Caravan is transformed with carefully curated vintage pieces and delicate details reminiscent of a classic English countryside tea room. Guests are invited to enjoy a beautifully presented service featuring blooming teas, traditional loose-leaf selections, freshly baked scones with authentic clotted cream and preserves, and an assortment of dainty accompaniments. Every element is thoughtfully styled to create a sense of quiet luxury and charm—an experience where conversation lingers, moments are savored, and each gathering feels both meaningful and effortlessly beautiful.
French & Italian Wine Bar
Our French & Italian Wine Bar experience is designed as a transportive journey—an evening that feels as though it’s been lifted straight from the vineyards and countryside of Europe. Within the Cork & Caravan, every detail has been intentionally curated, with décor and vintage elements thoughtfully sourced and brought back from France and Italy, creating an atmosphere that is both authentic and deeply personal. Guests are invited to sip from a refined selection of French and Italian wines, each chosen to reflect the character and romance of its region, while enjoying beautifully styled pairings of artisanal cheeses, rustic breads, preserves, and seasonal accompaniments. This is more than a wine bar—it is an immersive experience where old-world charm, elevated simplicity, and meaningful connection come together in a setting that feels both intimate and unforgettable.
Oktoberfest
Step into the spirit of Bavaria with our Oktoberfest Caravan Experience- a lively celebration of rich traditions, bold flavors and festive charm. Guests are welcomed to a beautifully styled tavern where classic German-inspired fare meets expertly poured brews and handcrafted cocktails. Think savory sausages, artisan cheeses, warm pretzels, and house-made mustards, all paired with crisp lagers and seasonal ales. Our team brings the energy of a true beer garden, complete with rustic decor, authentic touches, and a warm, communal atmosphere that invites guests to raise a glass, gather together and celebrate in unforgettable style.

The Hidden Barrel Speakeasy Experience

For those who enjoy a little mystery with their evening, Cork & Caravan offers a private gathering known only as The Hidden Barrel. Inspired by the secret lounges of the Prohibition era, this experience is designed for guests who appreciate candlelight, quiet conversation, and the feeling that they’ve discovered something not everyone knows about.
On the evening of your event, the tavern may appear closed to the outside world. But those who are expected will be quietly welcomed and guided inside. Appearances can be deceiving, and what seems ordinary at first may reveal something entirely different once you step within.
At just the right moment, a hidden passage opens and guests find themselves inside the warm glow of the Cork & Caravan tavern—oak floors beneath their feet, lantern light on the tables, and the unmistakable feeling that they’ve stepped into a place meant only for those who know where to look.
The Hidden Barrel is perfect for intimate gatherings who enjoy a touch of intrigue with their wine and conversation.
Enter softly. Sip slowly.
Some doors only open for those who know they exist.
To preserve the mystery of the experience, we don’t share photos of the entry or reveal how guests will arrive inside. That part of the evening is best discovered in person.
A Private Waterfront Experience
The Cork and Caravan sits on a quiet meadow along our private stretch of the Old Deschutes River. Up to 15 guests can gather inside the cozy tavern, relax in the patio out front, or recline along the meadow while enjoying wine, cocktails, and the peaceful sounds of nature. You might see our resident family of otters, heron, geese and maybe our neighboring beaver.
Guests may float the calm water beside the meadow or launch from our private waterfront for a scenic 2 hour float down the Big Deschutes River. We have several canoes and kayaks to borrow or you are welcome to bring your own boats or paddleboard. At the end of the journey, you’ll be picked up and returned to the caravan for riverside refreshments.
