CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• All alcohol and food are client-purchased (delivered and set up by C&C)
• Level parking for 8x30 caravan required
• Minimum 10’ clearance on service side
PRICING:
• $250/hour (4-hour minimum, including 1 hour set up)
• $500 deposit required to reserve date
• Final payment due 10 days prior
ADD-ONS:
• Basic Outdoor Setup – $125
• Grand Outdoor Experience – $275
*Water Station- $2 per person
• Additional Server – $55/hour (extra server required for over 20 guests)
• Mini Donkey Server – $475/event
CANCELLATION:
• Full refund if canceled 10+ days prior
• Deposit non-refundable within 10 days
